01
Get to know the challenges other team members are facing.
In a team aiming to ship new features in short development cycles, I realized how important it is to not only deliver good designs but also to understand the capacity development and sales team have, and adjust my pace accordingly.
02
Keep in touch with users as diverse as possible.
User interviews with people with different cultural backgrounds and unfamiliar with technologies practiced my skill in accessible and assistive designs.
03
Being creative, and adventurous.
In an emerging area where design references and resources are limited, I learned how to carefully analyze how, internally, the backend of our platform, and externally, the market functions. After that, I am always excited to bring new features and interactions never been created before.
